Everything your front office needs to send a case. New account? Call us at 801-796-3878 and we will have UPS labels on the way to your office this week.
Experience Dental Studio pays for inbound and outbound shipments through UPS, and we provide pre-printed labels to your office. A small packaging and handling fee is included on your invoice for each case.
Inbound: use the pre-printed UPS labels, which are designed to deliver your package to the lab the day after you ship it. Fill in your name, address, and UPS account number in Box 1, sign and date in Box 10, keep the second copy for your records, and call 1-800-PICK-UPS for a pickup.
Outbound: completed cases arrive at your office 1 to 2 business days after the work is finished, by end of day via UPS.
Packaging & handling: Cosmetic restorations $15 • Standard restorations $5 • International shipments $30
Average turnaround is 3 to 4 weeks, and cases are returned no later than the day before the patient’s appointment. If anything threatens the schedule, your office is notified immediately.
Rush cases: pre-schedule by phone and plan on a rush fee, quoted per case.
Pre-scheduling: for large or time-constrained cases, call with the ship date, teeth numbers, restoration type, needed return date, and patient name. We will lock in the best return date with your office.
Standard restoration calendar: offices that frequently send standard single units or 3-unit bridges (Empress, eMax, Zirconia, PFM) can request a calendar of printed return dates. Ship no later than the day after prep and include all items and instructions with the original case.
Invoices are processed on a monthly statement, due in full within 30 days of the statement date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex, and can automatically pay off your balance with the card on file at month end so your account always shows zero. New accounts need a valid card on file to process restorations. Balances past 60 days accrue a 2% monthly late fee.
Specific discounts for your office can be arranged with Mark by phone. Employee cases qualify automatically: 20% off for doctors currently using the lab, and 15% off for their office personnel, including hygienists and assistants. Just note on the lab slip that the patient is an employee.
We fabricate restorations to your exact standards and specifications, and we may issue an account credit when a case does not meet our standards for fit, quality, and function. You have the right to inspect all products prior to acceptance; products not returned or rejected within 15 business days of receipt are deemed accepted. Experience Dental Studio will repair or remanufacture, at its discretion, any restoration that is defective or does not meet your specifications. Credits apply to lab services.
